Conference venue
The conference venue is the ICE Kraków Congress Centre. The venue is barrier-free, accessible and adapted for people with disabilities and special needs. The ICE Kraków can be reached by public transport:
- approx 30 min from Kraków Airport
- approx 15 min from the Main Train Station and the Old Town
The nearest bus and tram stop is located only 50 meters away from the entrance, with 5 tram lines and 20 bus lines providing access to the facility. The ICE Kraków Congress Centre is the business and cultural flagship of the city. Located in the very heart of Kraków on the Vistula River, near Grunwaldzkie roundabout, at the junction of Maria Konopnicka and Monte Cassino Streets.
Transport to the ICE Kraków Congress Centre from the airport:
Krakow Airport is served by two regular bus lines: 208 and 252 and one night line: 902. These are agglomeration bus lines, so require agglomeration tickets. ICE Kraków Congress Centre can be reached from the airport by direct bus 252, stop: “Kraków Airport” direction to “Os. Podwawelskie”, take stop “Centrum Kongresowe ICE”. Transport to the ICE Kraków Congress Centre from the Main Train Station:
ICE Kraków Congress Centre can be reached from the Main Train Station (Lubicz Street) by direct tram no 52, stop: “Dworzec Główny” direction to “Czerwone Maki P+R”, take stop “Centrum Kongresowe ICE”.
The ICE Kraków has three main halls at its disposal: the Auditorium Hall, the Theatre Hall and the Chamber Hall, which can accommodate a maximum of 1,915, 600 and 300 persons, respectively. The Conference Hall Complex with adjustable moving walls and a three-level glazed foyer provides an astounding view of the panorama of Kraków, including the Royal Castle on Wawel Hill.
Registration and information desk
During the training courses and the Conference, the staff at the Registration and Information Desk on the venue’s ground floor will assist you with any queries.
The earlier you register, the easier it will be to avoid long lines:
- for the training courses on 26 June 2018 you can register starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Registration and Information Desk by the side entrance at Bułhaka Street;
- for the Conference on 27 June 2018 you can register starting at 8:00 a.m. at the Registration and Information Desk by the main entrance at Barska Street. If you register for the Conference on the first day, there is no need to repeat it on second or third day.

Please be aware that you must wear your conference name badge to move around the conference venue during the training courses and the Conference.
Slide room
The Slide Room is located on the venue’s ground floor. Each speaker and chair can use technical support and check presentations or upload the newest version of presentation two hours before the session start.
Cloakrom
You can store your luggage in the cloakroom, which is located opposite the Registration and Information Desk on the venue’s ground floor.

No smoking policy
The conference has a no smoking policy. We kindly ask smokers to use the designated smoking areas outside.
Meals
Coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the ICE Kraków Congress Centre on its first floor. Please do not bring drinks and food into the rooms in which the sessions take place.
