No previous technology or graphic design experience is required. Participants must be comfortable with basic data-related technical subjects.
Overall description and approach
The all-day workshop will introduce attendees to methods how raw numbers and labels are translated into their visual representations in order to picture the message and to drive correct conclusions. This training will also provide participants with methodology of report design in order to shorten visualization delivery period, both for designer and consumer. The last part will cover questions and consequences of publishing data in public domain.
Facilitators/ Instructors (short biographical note)
Hubert works at Codec as BI Practice Lead where he helps customers to gather their data and convert it into valuable information using Microsoft Data Platform products. Majority of his project work covers business analysis, data integration, data governance and reporting in public and private organisations across Europe. Additionally, he speaks on conferences and delivers trainings with Sages.
After his office hours, Hubert co-manages two User Groups: Data Community Poland (as board member and chapter leader) and Warsaw Power BI User Group.
